Welcome to English with Dory, where everyone—no matter your age, skill level, or learning goals—can join. I offer personalised one-on-one classes and small group sessions. My goal isn't just to teach English; it's to make learning engaging and enjoyable. In my classes, we focus a lot on speaking—usually the hardest part of learning a new language. But we also cover grammar, build vocabulary, and work on other important skills such as reading. This approach helps you think critically, participate in discussions, and feel more confident when speaking English. About ME

Hi, I'm Dory

My name is Dorothea, but my very young students fondly call me Teacher Dory.

I’m a CELTA-qualified and level 5 TEFL certified English teacher passionate about making language learning a stimulating and enjoyable experience.

I hold a degree in English Literature and French from the University of Westminster and a Masters in Digital Marketing.
